The meshs are fixed by the small black screws (the most discrete that I found). Here is the type of screw used and a rubber grommet which will be placed onto the DVD eject button .

I had to bore some pre-holes to be able to screw the meshs.

I stuck the grommet on the white stem and I placed around the stem a small O ring to close the space which remained between the button and the holes edge.

Another problem from building the case from wood is the heat which accumulates inside the case; indeed wood and acrylic are good insulators, and the temperature was rather hot inside the case. It was necessary to just give a blow of freshness to the processor and to various internal elements. I thus bored series of holes opposite the two side ventilators so they can directly draw the fresh air coming from outside the case. The result is a gain of +/- 8° C on the processor and +/- 5° C on the system.
